Chevelle Show Car - The Technical Finisher

The Mission: Post-body shop refinement. The vehicle arrived wet-sanded and dull—a raw canvas requiring a veteran hand to achieve optical clarity.

My objective was to eliminate the sanding marks and elevate the fresh paint to a competition-grade show finish.

The Execution: A high-stakes, multistage correction sequence.

  1. Sanding Mark Eradication: Utilizing heavy-cut compounding to level the surface and remove the 2000/3000 grit sanding haze left by the body shop.

  2. Jeweling & Polishing: A secondary refinement stage to pull maximum depth and "pop" from the pigment, ensuring a swirl-free, mirror-like reflection.

  3. Ceramic Integration: Topped with an

8-month ceramic coating to provide a sacrificial layer of protection and enhanced hydrophobic properties for the show circuit.

The Result: A flawless, high-gloss finish that defines The Operator Standard.

32-Foot Cobalt - Black Hull Restoration

The Mission: Heavy oxidation removal and surface rejuvenation. A black gelcoat hull of this scale is unforgiving; it requires a veteran hand to eliminate the chalky, oxidized layer and restore the deep, obsidian-like clarity that defines a premium vessel.

The Execution: A rigorous, multi-stage marine restoration sequence.

  1. Aggressive Oxidation Removal:
    Utilizing a heavy-cut compounding stage to level the surface and strip away years of environmental degradation.

  2. Technical Refinement: A secondary polishing stage to eliminate compounding marks and pull maximum depth and "pop" from the black pigment.

  3. Surface Integration: Sealed with a high-grade marine sealant to lock in the mirror finish and provide a sacrificial layer of protection against
    UV rays and saltwater.

The Result: A flawless, high-gloss finish that defines The Operator Standard. From a dull, chalky hull to a show-winning mirror reflection.

Project 2020 Mustang - Performance Gloss Enhancement 

The Mission: Surface optimization and long-term preservation. Even a modern finish like this 2020 Mustang accumulates micro-marring and environmental fallout that dulls the factory pigment. The goal was to strip away the haze, amplify the metallic depth, and provide a high-performance barrier against the elements.

The Execution: A precision enhancement and protection sequence.

  1. Decontamination: A thorough chemical and mechanical decontamination to ensure a surgically clean surface for the polishing stage.

  2. Gloss Enhancement Polish: A single-stage machine polish designed to remove light swirling and finish the paint, resulting in a high-definition, mirror-like reflection.

  3. Ceramic Integration: Topped with a specialized 8-month ceramic coating to provide extreme hydrophobics, UV protection, and a slick, easy-to-maintain surface.

The Result: A deep, dripping-wet finish that exceeds factory standards. Protected, enhanced, and ready for the road.

Project 2026 Tesla - Showroom Interior Preservation 

The Mission: Pre-delivery optimization and surface fortification. A brand-new 2026 Tesla represents the cutting edge of automotive design, and the interior requires immediate protection to maintain its minimalist, high-tech aesthetic. My objective was to ensure a surgically clean environment and apply advanced barriers against daily wear and UV degradation.

The Execution: A precision-focused interior preservation sequence.

  1. Surgical Decontamination: A meticulous removal of factory residues and transit dust to ensure a pure surface for protection.

  2. Advanced Surface Fortification:
    Application of specialized interior protectants to the synthetic leather, dash, and trim to provide a matte, non-greasy barrier against spills, dye transfer, and UV rays.

  3. Glass Optimization: A streak-free refinement of the expansive glass roof and displays to ensure maximum optical clarity.


The Result: A factory-plus interior, preserved and protected for the long term.
